Hi, I’m Crystal Alexandra — founder of The Kingdom Building, a faith-based consulting and coaching practice designed to help women and mothers rediscover their God-given identity and align it with purpose.
At my core, I’m a wife and mother to three amazing boys and one beautiful daughter. After years of leading large teams and managing high-impact projects, I made the intentional choice to pivot and focus on my family — their growth, development, and faith. That decision reshaped how I define success and deepened my conviction that true leadership begins at home.
Before stepping fully into consulting, I served as a Managing Director with Teach For America, where I coached and developed educators and leaders to create purpose-driven, equitable impact across schools and communities. My earlier career included years in Project Management and leadership training — experience that taught me how to bring order, structure, and strategy into complex spaces.
I hold a Teaching Certification from Southern Methodist University (SMU), a Master’s degree in Mass Communication, and advanced certifications in SAFe® 6.0, Agile, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, and Product Ownership. Together, these credentials reflect both my love for learning and my commitment to guiding others through the transformative process that consulting can provide.
My work now blends the best of both worlds — the strategy and systems of corporate leadership, with the grace and grounding of faith and family. I help women and moms realign their lives around what matters most: who they are, what they’re called to do, and how to walk it out with peace.
